She was the CEO/Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United for 7 years where under her leadership the brokerage grew from 43 agents to over 200 and from 2% market share to over 12%. Anna is highly respected as a business and behavior coach, sales and business trainer and a dynamic public speaker.

Anna was asked to join Keller Williams to develop the newly launched Hudson Valley United market center in 2012. Her main objective was to increase market share and coach, consult and help real estate professionals develop a career worth having, a business worth owning and a life worth living through the application and execution of the KW systems and models.

Her 30 years of experience as a business leader and developer makes her the best partner for any motivated entrepreneur who is ready to play a bigger game in their own business. Anna prefers to work with highly motivated and committed individuals who are seeking positive change and growth, higher productivity and overall profitability by focusing on a results driven plan.

Rosemarie is also the CEO of New Line Enterprises, the umbrella for several companies involved in residential real estate land development, homebuilding, property management of commercial shopping centers & residential apartments. She is an owner/investor in residential & commercial real estate in Arizona, the southwestern US & NY State.

With broad-based real estate experience of over 30years, Rosemarie has earned accreditation as a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Green home-professional, and Global Property Specialist. Rosemarie is a past-President of the NYS Builders Association, has served on the National Assoc. of Homebuilders Executive Board, as a Trustee of the National Assoc. of Homebuilders Sales & Marketing and Legal Action committees, a Director of the Hudson Gateway MLS, Onekey MLS, and a NYS Assoc. of Realtor Committee Chair.

Rita Gildersleeve

Rita has a track record of success in business growth and development. She believes that leading others to achieve success can be directly attributed to her own continuous growth and professional development.

For the past 9 years Rita has held various positions with Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley & Upstate Group. Starting as a licensed real estate salesperson in 2014 she was consistently ranked in the top 5% in the office, and served multiple years on the Agent Leadership Council as the chair of the Career Development Committee, which delivered monthly training and masterclasses for agents at all levels of production.

In 2018 Rita stepped into the Productivity Coaching Role and developed a program that provided training and coaching to newly licensed and emerging agents. She grew the program from scratch to 60 agents in 2 years.

In 2020 Rita was promoted to the Chief Growth Officer at the newly launched Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley North. In her role as CGO she managed the day to day operations of the brokerage, which boasts $400MM in annual sales volume and is home to over 100 real estate agents working across four counties in the Hudson Valley. As the CGO Rita lead the leadership team and was responsible for the creation and execution of the strategic plan to hit goals for growth, productivity, profitability and culture. KW Hudson Valley North was awarded the Home Run Launch in 2021 for the best performing newly launched Keller Williams Market Center country wide.

In early 2023 Rita stepped into the Chief Operating Officer role for Moving You Forward Coaching where she is responsible for developing coaching and training programs for real estate agents across multiple mediums including in person, online and on demand courses, masterminds and coaching platforms. She also manages the strategic planning, growth, budgeting and project management for MYFC and oversees the team of coaches who provide coaching and training to agents who are motivated to grow their businesses.
