MODULE 1

INTRODUCTION TO KELLER WILLIAMS

By the end of this module agents will learn who's who on your leadership team and will have an intro to your compliance procedures. They'll also learn about the KWRI MVVBP, web of opportunities, Kellerisms, KW communities, and their KW tech stack (Command, apps & KW email)

MODULE 2

MAKING YOUR KW ANNOUCEMENT

By the end of this module agents will develop a unique value proposition for their business based on the KW Value Proposition locally and nationally. They will then learn how to announce their move to KW using Command and following your local marketing policies & procedures.

MODULE 3

USING COMMAND

By the end of this module agents will be setup with Smartplans, will understand how to track their numbers and run basic campaigns for lead generation in Command.

MODULE 4

WORKING WITH BUYERS IN COMMAND

By the end of this module agents will have a system to work with buyer clients including knowledge of your compliance and commission processes, forms and how to use Command to manage their transactions. 

MODULE 5

WORKING WITH SELLERS IN COMMAND

By the end of this module agents will have a system to work with sellers including knowledge of your compliance and commission processes, forms and how to use Command to manage their transactions.

MODULE 6

LEVERAGE!

By the end of this module agents will understand how to use docusign to facilitate e-signature and if you have other leverage services in your Market Center, like transaction coordinator or productivity coaches, they'll learn about that too!

MODULE 7

ADVANCED APPLETS IN COMMAND

By the end of this module agents will be introduced to the power of Command and how the rest of the Command Applets can help them run their business from anywhere day-to-day.
